Genalyn comes with decades of experience with a number of international companies and has extensive experience working abroad. Genalyn will be in contact with all subscribing Financial Planners to introduce herself and as she reports directly to the CEO and National Client Care Manager will have a massive impact on our service delivery and deployment.
Not only is Genalyn charged with providing exemplary service to our existing subscribers but she has also accepted the responsibility of personally managing with every new Financial Planner the Onboarding Process so we can help get every subscriber up and running and using our service to its maximum potential and outcome.
With our new LMS (Learning Management System) which has just been designed to refine the development of our new subscribers in the tips and suggestions to get the most out of our service and so many other improvements we are instituting we can see this will all help Genalyn help our subscribers better than we ever have before in our 6 year history.

Genalyn replaces Jason Allen in this role so that Jason who is primarily based in one of our Melbourne Offices can focus on solely on the acquisition of new subscribers in Australia and in New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, The Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
